Bollywood's well known comedy artist Rajpal Yadav, who was last seen in Varun Dhawan's Judwaa 2, has been sentenced to three months of imprisonment for non-payment of loan of around Rs 5 crore. His company had reportedly taken this loan to produce a film which obviously bombed. Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw today passed a judgement ordering that Yadav should be taken into custody and kept in the Tihar Jail.

Delhi-based company Murli Projects had filed a civil case against Yadav's company Shree Naurang Godavari Entertainment for failing to pay the loan of Rs 5 crore which the actor took in 2010 to make his Hindi debut directional film "Ata Pata Laapata".

On the personal front, Rajpal Yadav and his wife Radha Yadav welcomed a baby girl in October this year. He shared a picture of his eldest daughter on Instagram to announce the happy news to his fans. His caption wrote, “My little Honey is now a Big Sister!! On this auspicious day of Navratri we are blessed with another Daughter. #bigsister #newmember #blessed #newbaby #happytimes #happynavratri.”

Most of good comedians have sad life

Feeling bad for him...he is such a good comedian

Is that it, like what about 5 Cr. As in, will he repay the loan or punishment is equivalent to loan amount. If it's equivalent then he can take another loan after he is released. Lol

ILL REPAY ALL HIS LOANS.

It's a bad news for bollywood industry.

Oh so this the law can be carried out so fast. Blackbuck hunting takes years
