Kiara Advani has become of the most desirable actresses in Bollywood. In 2016, she impressed everyone with the film MS Dhoni: An Untold Story. Last year, she amazed everyone with her bold and fantastic performance in Karan Johar's Lust Stories. The actress also played a key role this year in Abhishek Varman's Kalank.

This year, Kiara will be seen in Kabir Singh too. She stars alongside Shahid Kapoor in this romantic drama. Everyone is excited to see Kiara as the trailer has received a great response. The actress credits Karan Johar for changing her career. In an interview with Deccan Chronicle, Kiara said that Karan Johar is her mentor as he changed her career by giving her interesting roles.

Talking about her character in Kabir Singh, Kiara Advani said that she is lucky as she has not got typecast. She added, "In Dhoni, I played a very simple girl. People think I am very glamorous because I like to dress up and all of that, but my roles never had anything to do with who I am. I think that typecasting has not happened to me. I am lucky that people haven’t put me in a bracket. That’s my biggest plus point — I am able to pull off everything."

The stunning actress is also a part of the film Good News which stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Akshay Kumar and Diljit Dosanjh. Directed by Raj Mehta, the film is produced by Karan Johar.

if you continue working movies like kalank you will be typecast no doubt

Behen, forget type casting, I've not even a single movie of yours and web series are for losers. Kabir Singh will sort of be your debut movie.
