Karan Johar is asked to choose between Sara Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor and Ananya Panday; Here’s his answer

Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions is launching new talent in the industry this year. Karan produced Dhadak which was Janhvi Kapoor’s debut film. He will also be launching Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s daughter Sara Ali Khan with Simmba, who was to debut with Abhishek Kapoor’s Kedarnath. However, the film has reportedly been pushed to next year. Karan will also be launching Chunky and Bhavna Panday’s daughter Ananya Panday with Punit Malhotra’s Student of the Year 2, which will release next year.
Karan is back on air with season 2 of his popular radio show, Calling Karan. Karan gives relationship and love advice on the show and also interacts with his celebrity friends. In the last episode, he talked to Angad Bedi and answered Kareena Kapoor Khan’s question on parenting. In the latest episode, Diana Penty called and asked Karan Johar who is the most promising out of the talents he is going to launch- Sara Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor or Ananya Panday.
Karan said, “Oh god! now that’s a tough question. How am I to answer that? They are three young new talents and I definitely think all three have bright careers. I don’t think that, that’s a fair question to ask me, Diana.”
Karan has announced his next directorial venture Takht and it stars Janhvi Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Bhumi Pednekar, Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh and Vicky Kaushal in the lead. The film will release in 2020 and will go on floors in September next year.
