If there is one actress in Indian film industry who is known for her talent and looks, it is Kareena Kapoor Khan. She is one of those actresses who are the perfect combination of talent and good looks. However, to look her best, Bebo has to work day in and day out. When it comes to her workout routines, she is one of the most disciplined actresses we have in the industry. Be it late night parties or dinners or wedding, nothing can stop Kareena Kapoor Khan from heading to her workout session the next morning.

Usually, we only get to see Kareena Kapoor Khan’s gym looks in photograph. However, today her trainer, Namrata Purohit, took to Instagram to share a video of Bebo working out with her. What was even more amazing was the song to which they both were working out. In the video, we can see Kareena following the beats of the song Aaj Ki Party Meri Taraf Se and working out with her trainer. Kareena can be seen super charged up for her workout and, add to that the energy of the song, Bebo gives us major party and fitness goals at the same time.

Isn’t that absolutely amazing? On the workfront, Kareena Kapoor Khan was last seen in Veere Di Wedding with Sonam K Ahuja, Swara Bhasker and Shikha Talsania. Now, she will be seen next in Raj Mehta’s Good News starring Akshay Kumar, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani. The movie is slated to release in 2019. She will also be seen in Karan Johar’s directorial movie, Takht starring Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, Janhvi Kapoor and Anil Kapoor. The movie is slated to release in 2020.

I wish she did yoga because that will tone her body, iDK, this loud music and lifting weight, moving etc isnt calming, in fact, it's stressful for the body!!

I disagree with music giving stress. I do both yoga and cardio/HIIT with fast music and both have their own charms. Yoga is relaxing, HIIT/cradio training pumps up your blood. It's good to mix your workout anyways. Kareena is known for her yoga.
