If there is one Bollywood actor who is known for fitness, it is Kareena Kapoor Khan. The Veere Di Wedding actor has always been very careful about her fitness regime and tries to follow a strict diet plan. Despite her hectic shoot schedule and also managing her little boy Taimur Ali Khan, Kareena is regular at her gym and practices yoga and Pilates as well. Also, Bebo’s gym looks are always the talk of the town.

Now, in a recent chat with her dietitian, Kareena revealed her summer secrets to being fit. Kareena mentioned that she loves eating mangoes in summers. However, she knows to stop at one and doesn’t have more than that. Kareena even busted the misconception that rice leads to weight gain. Bebo mentioned that she likes rice and it also helped her to lose a lot of weight. In fact, she also revealed that khichdi is what she considers to be her comfort food and gorges on it. 

Kareena is also among the actors who shed her post pregnancy weight by following a strict diet and a fitness regimen. Kareena said, “That's a lot of hard work and dedication towards food, gym and having a consistent plan. People thought I did it very fast but actually, I did it in an entire year, which was very normal.” Kareena went on to reveal the food items which are a part of her summer diet. She mentioned Kokum Sharbat, lemon water, curd rice and mangoes are what she likes to relish in the scorching heat. Besides all this, the Bajrangi Bhaijaan star also mentioned that she sleeps in the afternoon and that helps her to feel fitter.

Well, now that Kareena has let the cat out of the bag about her fitness secrets, many of her fans might take to them. On the professional front, Kareena is extremely busy as she is shooting for Angrezi Medium which also stars Irrfan and Radhika Madan. Amidst this, Bebo will also make her debut on the small screen as a judge on Dance India Dance. Another film in which Kareena will be seen is Akshay Kumar starrer Good News. The film also stars Dijit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani and is slated to release on December 27, 2019.

At least she is honest and share her secrets to many girls out their who tries hard to look fit not like Aishwarya who didn’t spell a single thing as if it will take away her secret esp when she knows their are so many girls who follow her

To be honest the best thing that worked for me is cutting out processed food whatsoever, trying to eat as raw as possible and the best way to do that is to make home cooked meals

That’s the myth that you become fat after eating rice....even I lost weight after eating only rice... just have it in right portion along with veggies , chicken or daal
