Hrithik Roshan and Mrunal Thakur are gearing up for their upcoming film Super 30 and the duo has been busy in the promotions. Slated to release on July 12, 2019, the movie has garnered quite the applause with the trailer and the songs thereafter. While Hrithik as Anand Kumar has been appreciated and received well, Mrunal as Supriya seems to have done justice to the role with whatever little we have seen of her.

The actress rose to fame post television show Kumkum Bhagya and talking about her debut and change that films have brought, the actress went on to say how she was a cheery girl on the show and then she moved on to a movie like Love Sonia which showed her in an intense role. On working with Hrithik and bagging the role of Supriya, Mrunal said that she never knew until four months after her audition that Hrithik is the actor for the film and that happened to be her 'Ik Pal Ka Jeena' moment. She adds how there is nothing better than working with the Greek God himself and how her under confidence was eventually zeroed out by Hrithik once he helped her with the scenes.

The movie needed work on the dialect since it is set in Bihar and for prep, there were workshops that were held. She shared how they started off with watching Bihari films and songs and that she also watched a couple of Manoj Bajpayee and Ravi Kishan films as a part of her prep. Mrunal is a fan of the actor herself and she went on to boast about the transformation of Hrithik's character in the film and how she thought for once, during an intense scene at Varanasi's Ganga Ghat that it was Anandji himself. She added how people often forget how great a performer he is while talking about his good looks.

Mrunal will be net seen in Nikkhil Advani's Batla House co-starring Joh Abraham, based on the 2008 encounter against Indian Mujahideen terrorists in Delhi. Ask her about returning to television, she said if she gets a script that is interesting then why not since that is where it started.
