Mrunal Thakur on working with Batla House co star John Abraham: Feel blessed to share screen space with him
When Mrunal Thakur was quizzed about working with the Garam Masala actor, she said that John Abraham was a fun actor to work with. The film, Batla House has been shot from the point of view of the lead character named Sanjeev Yadav played by John Abraham.
The stunning actress Mrunal Thakur who is riding high on the success of her film Super 30 is looking forward to another hard-hitting film titled Batla House. Super 30 saw the actress star opposite Hrithik Roshan. In her upcoming film Batla House, Mrunal Thakur will share screen space with John Abraham. The actress while speaking to Mid Day said that the shoot of this film in Mussoorie was a memorable one, as it was the first time when the actress had visited the serene location of Mussoorie.
When Mrunal Thakur was quizzed about working with the Garam Masala actor, she said that John Abraham was a fun actor to work with. She further added that she felt blessed to work with someone who is so dedicated and focused on his craft of acting. The Super 30 actress also said that John was one of those actors who constantly look to reinvent themselves. While talking about the film, Batla House song Rula Diya, the actress adds that the song is a flashback and the director had a very clear vision of how the song should be shot.
The film, Batla House has been shot from the point of view of the lead character named Sanjeev Yadav who is the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Special Cell. John Abraham's character, is said to be responsible for the 2008 Batla House encounter in New Delhi. The film is expected to clash with Akshay Kumar's Mission Mangal at the box office. Both the films will be releasing on the same day which is August 15.
