The Kamal Amrohi Studio also known as the Kamalistan Studio may going under the hammer as realty players DB Realty and Bengaluru-based RMZ Corp have agreed to jointly develop the 15-acre land into the country’s largest corporate office park, reported PTI. Kamalistan Studio which is located in Mumbai's suburbs along the Jogeshwari-Vikhroli link road is already in talks with realty companies.

As per the report, Mahal Pictures – the production house of Kamalistan has entered into an in-principle understanding with RMZ Group to sell and develop a part of the land and the corporate park is likely to be named Aspire. The entire project overhaul is expected to cost a staggering Rs 21, 000 crore and will offer over around 7 million sqft of office space.
