Actor Parineeti Chopra took to Twitter to thank her fans and the team of her upcoming movie The Girl On The Train, for their response to the Mystery-thriller’s trailer. The Netflix original’s trailer, which was released only a day ago, is making headlines for its intriguing storyline. Parineeti is embodying the role of Mira who is an alcoholic divorcee. She gets involved in a missing person and a murder investigation. Fans were stunned by the Ishaqzaade star’s acting that was unlike any other character she has played in her previous films.

Chopra posted a short thank-you note for her fans, expressing her gratitude for their overwhelmingly positive response to the film’s trailer. She also hilariously joked about how she had to charge her phone 4 times since the trailer’s release. Parineeti followed her tweet by posting another picture of her from one of the scenes in the movie where she is seen bawling her eyes out while sitting on the floor of what seems like a restroom. Captioning it ‘Me when I see the reactions to the trailer’, she added a heart-eyes emoji to convey how thrilled she is.

The film stars Aditi Rao Hydari, who would play the part of the missing girl, Kirti Kulhari, who would be the detective on the case, and Avinash Tiwary, who would play the role of Parineeti’s husband.
