In October 2018, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone shocked many when they took to their social media handles to reveal their wedding dates. On November 14 and 15, DeepVeer wed in Lake Como, Italy, in the midst of family members and close friends only. Taking into account their family traditions, the couple became man and wife in a Sindhi as well as a Konkani wedding. Following the wedding festivities in Italy, Ranveer and Deepika hosted three receptions in Bengaluru and Mumbai.

We all remember the first pics of the newlyweds as they stepped out of the Mumbai airport and were surrounded by the media and well-wishers. It was almost as if a stampede had occurred but the marital bliss could be seen in DeepVeer's eyes as they braved their way to their car. "It was... Too much. We worked hard not to feed this focus on personal lives. But it’s definitely much easier now that we’re married," Ranveer shared with GQ magazine.

What a joke!!

But they milked the wedding for the attention.

Enjoy the phase, you never know if you will get the same attention few years later

As if!!!

look at from the other irrespective , it was only love veer.

Is that why he brought his boombox with him at the airport and blasted mehendi laga ke rakna? He lapped up the attention and loved every moment that's why we were getting hourly updates of what happened at their private ceremonies. Priyankas wedding was the same too. Both couples love attention

I like him, but I seriously need a break from him. He has been doing too much, and for someone that said it was too much, didnt they have like 4 receptions, call the media at 4 AM while they were leaving to Italy. They actually havent helped.

He IS the flavor of the season! and I say why not! Cash it for EVERYTHING its worth Ranveer! Its your time, live it and love it!

Ya it was too much and you hated it all the while. WE BELIEVE YOU!!!

Love you deepika's husband....Allah's blessings always
