After Farhan Akhtar, Richa Chadha and Swara Bhasker have come out in support of Tanushree Dutta. Tanushree returned to India after two years recently and in an interview alleged that she faced emotional trauma after being intimidated and harassed by Nana Patekar on the sets of Horn OK Please in 2008. Tanushree shared that she does not wish to return to the film industry but wants her voice to be heard so that it can set an example for others who think who can get away by harassing women. She added that she wants the industry to ban Ganesh Acharya and Nana Patekar.

Tanushree said in interviews that nobody from Bollywood stood up for her then, a decade ago and even now nobody is supporting her. Amitabh Bachchan refused to share his thoughts on the matter when asked about it at a press conference today. Aamir Khan said that the matter must be investigated, whereas Salman Khan said that he is not aware of it. Tanushree said in an interview that stars must develop a conscience and should stop working with Nana Patekar. However, amidst her allegations, Nana Patekar rubbished Tanushree Dutta’s claims and made a happy appearance in Farah Khan’s Instagram post.

Tell us more... is this an isolated incident?

Nice of these folks to finally comment on the issue. But honestly, these just feel like token. Where is the outrage and the candle-marching and the open-letters?
Why are they not talking about their own similar experiences?
Why are they not outing the MCPs in Bollywood?
Why is there no me-too in Bollywood?

Swara has always shown the courage to stand up for the truth. And so has Richa. Farhan Akhtar, clearly the only one with balls. Amitabh has always been gutless and Aamir will speak only once Kiran rao stands up for the truth.

Why Tanushree’s sister, Ishita not supporting her.

Now we are talking.

I am glad she is receiving some support now!

Good to see Richa and swaraj standup and speak unlike Aamir and amitab who are so diplomatic

Why is swara bhaskar cashing out of this matter? She is a liar and a characterless person who uses feminism for publicity.

Swara bhaskar needs to stay out of this matter because she is a bloody liar herself and have zero credability.

Well done girls. Now If actresses like Aish, Kareena, Deepika, Kangana, Alia, Anushka, Sonam and others will join Swara and Richa then I think Bollywood will change

we def expect kangana to stand up&support tanushree..the likes of aish, kareena etc will never speak up.i hope mahesh bhatt irks alia to speak up..the bhatts have always had opinions...things need to change..NO means No..

Mahesh and Pooja Bhatts were always outspoken but Alia went Karan papa's school, she is monipulative and cares only about her career. It's sad that Kareena and Aish never talk about such serious issues
