Bollywood movies go through changes in the cast and crew of the film during the course of the filming. At times, even the film's name gets changed from the original one. This is exactly what happened with Sushant Singh Rajput and Sanjana Sanghi’s upcoming film Dil Bechara. Earlier, the movie was titled as Kizie aur Manny. But now, it has been renamed to Dil Bechara and the first look of the film was also revealed by Sushant and the makers on social media a while back.

What was not revealed was the fact that along with the movie's new title, a talented star will also be seen doing a cameo in this film inspired by The Fault in our Stars. Yes, as per a report of Mumbai Mirror, Saif Ali Khan will also be seen in a guest appearance in Dil Bechara. As per the report, Saif will be seen playing the role of an author named Peter Van Houten. When questioned the director, Mukesh Chhabra, he kept mum about the nitty-gritty of Saif’s role. But did share that they shot with him and the other cast in Paris.

Mukesh said, “We shot in Paris for a week but Saif was only there for a few days. He gelled well with the team and we had a great time.” The first look which was revealed earlier showed Sushant and Sanjana posing in front of the iconic Eiffel Tower. Mukesh revealed that shooting there was a ‘surreal’ feeling.

When the makers were asked about the change of the title, they revealed that it happened as they progressed with the shooting of the film. “AR Rahman, who is composing the music, shared a vibrant and fun number, with lyrics penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya. When we heard the song, we found our title in it. It perfectly embodies the theme of our film,” said the Creative Head of Fox Star Studios, Ruchi Pathak. Despite all the controversies related to the film and the casting director Mukesh Chhabra who will now be making his directorial debut with the Dil Bechara, the movie’s first look surely intrigued the audience. Dil Bechara is slated to release this year.
