According to reports, Inshallah starring Salman Khan and Alia Bhatt will be shot in Rishikesh, Haridwar & Varanasi. Inshallah is directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

If Salman Khan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali are reuniting after 20 years, it has to be an exciting piece of news, and just when Salman Khan took to Twitter to make the announcement that he will be reuniting with Bhansali for Inshallah, his fans erupted in joy. Adding to this excitement was the news that Salman Khan and Alia Bhatt will be paired opposite each other. While not much is known about the film, but in the latest development, reports suggest that Sanjay Leela Bhansali has been scouting for locations in Rishikesh, Haridwar, Uttarkashi and Varanasi.

“Bhansali sir last week yahan aaye thay aur unhone Haridwar aur Rishikesh mein kuchh locations dekhen hain jo unhe pasand bhi aaye hain (Sanjay Leela Bhansali was in Haridwar and Rishikesh last week to scount for locations and he has liked a few spots),” as quoted by Times of India. After his recce, Bhansali was so happy with these places that before leaving, he attended the hugely popular evening aarti that happens on the banks of the Ganga river in Haridwar. "Sir also saw the Ganga Aarti and also participated in it in Haridwar besides seeing a few houses too,” the line producer added. Besides, as per reports, Bhansali even checked few bylanes and ashrams in the two towns for his film.

After Padmaavat, Sanjay Leela Bhansali will be directing Inshallah and Salman Khan had taken to Twitter to make the announcement as he wrote, “It’s been 20 years but I am glad Sanjay and I are finally back in his next film, Inshallah. Looking forward to work with Alia and inshallah we will all be blessed on this journey.” For all those who don’t know, Salman Khan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali were last seen in Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam featuring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Ajay Devgn.
