Dabangg, Tiger of Bollywood, Salman Khan over the years has managed to conquer the hearts of the audience with his electrifying roles. From playing an Indian spy in Ek Tha Tiger to playing a corrupt policeman name Chulbul Pandey in Dabangg franchise, Salman has always gone beyond with experimenting a different kind of roles. Now according to latest reports, the superstar will be playing a detective lead in a planned remake of South Korean cop thriller, Veteran. According to a report in Variety.com, the right for the Hindi remake are acquired by Reel Life Production from Korean major CJ Entertainment. 
 
The Dabangg star is known for macho roles and if reports are anything to go by, he is sure to leave the audience surprised with another interesting role as a detective. What do you think? Talking about the South Korean film, Veteran had released in 2015 grossed US$92,077,504 and went on to becomes the 4th all-time highest-grossing film in Korean cinema history. The original was directed by Ryoo Seung-wan with Hwang Jung-min as the veteran cop. 
 
 
Meanwhile, Salman Khan will be seen in an upcoming film, Bharat. The film stars Katrina Kaif in the female lead. Bharat also stars Tabu, Disha Patani, Sunil Grover, Jackie Shroff, Sonali Kulkarni, Aasif Sheikh and Nora Fatehi. Bharat is an official remake of the South Korean movie, An Ode To My Father, the movie has been adapted to suit the taste of Indian audiences.
