The trailer of Salman Khan starrer Race 3 came out yesterday. The film also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Daisy Shah and Saqib Saleem in vital roles.

Salman has replaced Saif Ali Khan who earlier played the lead role in Race 1 and 2.

At the trailer launch, Salman Khan revealed that he was offered Race 3 two years ago and he has not yet seen the first two films.

As reported by IANS, Salman said, "Race 3 script was offered to me two years ago but I didn’t think I fit in the genre. I asked Ramesh Taurani to make some changes because I didn’t fit in that genre. Once that was done, I thought it would be actually a lot of fun to do this film."

He added, "I haven’t seen Race 1 or 2 but I knew the format. It needed a little change so we added a bit of Hum Aapke Hai Koun in the film."

Meanwhile, the 3.09 minutes long trailer shows Salman in his action avatar as Sikandar and Anil Kapoor adding the right punch (which is not even surprising). However, it fails to leave an impact and gets boring within the first one minute.
While it is definitely a treat for Salman Khan's fans with the action sequences sure to receive loud whistles and hoots, the other star cast including Bobby Deol, Jacqueline Fernandes, Daisy Shah and Saqeeb Saleem, have little to offer. Suspense and thrill which has been the USP of the franchise seem missing from the trailer.

Why are you out of jail ... remind us pls?

Why did it need change? Loved the previous format.

You're working on a franchise but you don't bother watching the previous movies. How big is your ego? Flop!

yeah taking saif from his franchise how would salman like it if they cast someone else in the ek tha tiger movies !! i hope this movie flops and karma comes a knocking for salman

Okay! Will you accept the responsibility when the movie flops? I guess not!

Phir raita phail gaya like Shandaar movie! Lol

I am a salman fan but i know this movie will be a flop

I'm sorry but Race was never supposed to be a cheery family drama like hahk

And that's how the film has gone to the dogs!!

He made few changes so that he could fit in and Saif could get out. Well played mister " golden heart" guy.
