Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif interacted with the veterans who witnessed the partition of 1947 last night post the special screening that they organized for them at the Mehboob Studio. Pictures of the two interacting with them were all over social media and the fans couldn't stop praising the team for pulling off such a gesture. And well, while that's that, looks like Salman himself did have a fun time with everybody as he went on to share a message and a picture from last night.

The actor shared a picture of himself interacting with a few veterans who witnessed the 1947 partition and with it, he did write a heartfelt message saluting them. He wrote, "Special screening of #Bharat for the real families who experienced the events of 1947 and the partition. Honoured to meet all of them! Salute to the real #Bharat families." Well, we are sure it might have been quite the honour and his status has us all in complete admiration of the actor. Check out the post and photo here:

Meanwhile, the movie has been doing extremely well and the fans of both the actors have loved their performances. In fact, many have also added how this might be one of Katrina's best performance so far. After seeing her pull off the role that she did in Zero, looks like she has raised the bar after all and fans are enjoying her on screen in such diverse roles.
