Shivaleeka Oberoi clears the air about her engagement with Karam Rajpal; Calls it a hoax
Shivaleeka Oberoi, who is gearing up for her debut with Vardhan Puri starrer Yeh Saali Aashiqui, has cleared the air about her relationship status and called her engagement a hoax.
When Shivaleeka Oberoi had announced roka/engagement with Naamkarann actor Karam Rajpal in 2018, the fans were in awe of this adorable couple. They were considered to be an ideal couple and they often painted the town red with their chemistry. And while the fans have been waiting for the couple to take the plunge, Shivaleeka recently surprised everyone after she stated that she is single at the moment. Her statement came as a shock to everyone as the couple was apparently going strong with the relationship.
During her recent interview with Mumbai Mirror, the actress opened up her intimate roka ceremony which took place in January last year and even called it a hoax. Shivaleeka further mentioned that while she has parted ways with Karam, the two continue to be good friends. Clearing the air about her relationship, the actress told the publication, "That was a hoax. Everyone had very high hopes about us, but we were and continue to be close friends. I am very much single."
While their Instagram was filled with their love-filled pictures one, the couple has deleted all their pictures together including the roka ceremony pictures.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Shivaleeka is gearing up for her big Bollywood debut with Yeh Saali Aashiqui. Helmed by Cherag Ruparel, the movie will also mark the debut of Amrish Puri’s grandson Vardhan Puri and will be hitting the screens on November 22, 2019. Besides, the actress will also be seen in Vidyut Jamwal starrer Khuda Hafiz.
