For Bollywood actors, dealing with failures is something that comes over a period of time. Many times the films the actors think will work, might not fare well at the box office which can leave them a bit surprised. Speaking about the failure of films, Sonakshi Sinha shared her way of dealing with it. While Sonakshi has always been an audience favourite and her role of Rajjo in Salman Khan’s Dabangg 3 being a super hit, her fans love her in every avatar. However, her last film, Kalank didn’t work at the box office.

Despite being a multi-starrer with an ensemble cast, the film wasn’t liked. In a recent chat with Sonakshi opened up about dealing with failures and how she has learnt the same. The 32-year-old actress mentions that she takes failure as it comes and one hit or flop film can’t decide someone’s fate. Also, she mentioned that despite the failure, her work didn’t stop and stated that she has multiple projects as of now. But, in the end, she added that the results of the box office aren’t in anyone’s hand and she can only give her efforts in a film.

Sonakshi said, “I have always taken failure in my stride. Irrespective of box-office results, my work never stopped. In fact, I have a lot of films right now. So, it doesn’t really depend on a hit or a flop. Everybody knows as an actor, what you have to offer and what you can bring to the table and that’s what most people are concerned about. The box office results of the film is not in your hand.”

Meanwhile, Sonakshi is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film, Khandaani Shafakhana in which we will get to see her take over a clinic of a sexologist. The film stars Varun Sharma, Badshah, Annu Kapoor and Kulbhushan Kharbanda. Helmed by Shilpi Dasgupta, the film deals with a taboo subject and so far, the trailer has received an overwhelming response. Even songs like Koka and others are doing well. Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Mahaveer Jain, Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, Divya Khosla Kumar and Krishan Kumar, Khandaani Shafakhana is slated to release on August 2, 2019.
