The bold and beautiful Sonali Bendre in a glamourous fighter her photographs from her latest photoshoot have just proved that. The beautiful diva recently posed for the Vogue magazine and the fans already can't take their eyes off her. Ever since she has been diagnosed with cancer, Sonali has been giving a tough fight to the disease and has already become an inspiration as well as a role model for millions of people. The sudden news of the Hum Saath Saath Hai actress suffering from cancer had broken the hearts of many of her fans, but Sonali herself made sure that she kept herself positive as well as cheerful.

Sonali broke everyone's heart when she chopped off her hair a few days after she announced publicly that she had cancer. The actress went to the United States in order to undergo chemotherapy for a period of one year after which she returned to India again. The gorgeous actress also opened up to Vogue and expressed her inner feelings by saying that she doesn't miss her hair now but initially she was very much conscious about her hair and always looked out for a cap, wig or scarf to cover her head while posting any picture of hers on social media. When Sonali was asked regarding how she feels while looking at the mirror, she simply said that she had aways liked looking glamorous and that she doesn't feel ugly.

“I’m okay with it now… I don’t even miss it,” says Sonali Bendre Behl (iamsonalibendre) as she runs her hand neck upwards. “Yet it [my hair] was the be-all, end-all of my life. It was this stupid thing that I was hanging on to,” she shares. “My instinct was to wear a cap, a scarf or a wig—but these things are so ugly. I knew that if I had to accept it [going bald], I had to put a picture out there. Because once you share it on social media, you can feel the release.” Head to the link in our bio to read how she emerged stronger with a little help from family, friends and fans.
