Actress Sophie Turner of Game of Thrones happened to be one of the next victims of online social media memes. Recently, a meme related to Sophie's on-screen character Sansa Stark from the HBO show Game of Thrones went viral on the media. But many people alleged that the meme promoted racism. The actress in return gave a terrific reply to the racist meme and put an end to the drama altogether. A particular image of Sansa Stark was being posted on Twitter which was captioned as 'do it right, date and marry white.' The actress was upset about the entire tweet and she later retweeted the post where she slammed the meme makers for promoting racism among the people.  Her post read, 'Ew. Please don't use me to promote racism.' The makers of the meme deleted their post later on from the social media platform.

The particular account of Twitter has also been suspended after the allegations of racism were put on it. Sophie's fans, as well as followers, later applauded her for her strong response to the whole matter. Sophie has been playing the role of Sansa Stark all the seasons of the show Game of Thrones. She will play this particular character one last time again in the final season of Game of Thrones. Game of Thrones season 8 is all set to premiere on HBO in April 2019. Sophie will also be seen in the film X - Men: Dark Phoenix which will be released on the later part of the year 2019.  She will be portraying the role of Jean Grey in the film. Sophie had got a tattoo of fire made on one of her fingers in order to give an honour to the movie.
