The highly anticipated Star Wars film's trailer is out and the same showcases interesting twists and turns that fans have been waiting to see since the film Last Jedi. The title was also revealed which is Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.

The panel discussion of the movie was recently held and it saw celebs such as Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Kelly Marie Tran, Oscar Isaac, Billy Dee Williams, Naomi Ackie, Anthony Daniels, droids BB-8 and D-0 among others. The same was held in Chicago and was moderated by Stephen Colbert. Apart from the new droid, British actress Naomi Ackie has also joined the cast, and the name of the character is Jannah.

Ackie said, at the recently held panel, “I’m very ready to celebrate, I’ve been waiting for this. All I can really say is the original group are going on this epic, epic adventure together, and I’m so excited about where Jana crosses paths with them.”

Talking about the movie, the same also sees the return of The Last Jedi stars such as Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac and Adam Driver. The movie is directed and written by  J.J. Abrams and produced by Kathleen Kennedy. The movie is the third and final installment of the Star Wars sequel trilogy which was started with The Force Awakens (2015) and The Last Jedi (2017). 

 For the unversed, Colin Trevorrow was announced as the film's director in mid-2015, but he left the project due to creative differences and he was replaced by Abrams who previously directed The Force Awakens. The movie is all set to release on December 20, 2019.
