Sushant Singh Rajput's sis Priyanka remembers him, thanks all for support in trying times post Bombay HC order

On Monday, Bombay High Court gave its ruling in a case filed by Rhea Chakraborty against late Sushant Singh Rajput's sisters Meetu Singh and Priyanka Singh. Now, Priyanka shared an emotional post for her late brother and all those who supported her family amid 'unbearable' time.

It has been over 8 months since the demise of Sushant Singh Rajput and his fans, friends, and family continue to crusade for justice. On Monday, the Bombay High Court bench delivered its verdict on the case filed by Rhea Chakraborty against Sushant's sisters Priyanka Singh and Meetu Singh. While the order passed by the Bombay HC granted relief to Meetu as it quashed the FIR against her, Priyanka wasn't granted much relief. Amid this, Priyanka has now thanked all fans of the late actor for lending support in 'unbearable' times.

Taking to her Instagram handle, Priyanka remembered her late brother with a throwback photo. In the photo, Sushant and Priyanka could be seen admiring a lake and enjoying themselves together by the side of the water body. The Chhichhore actor could be seen beaming with joy while enjoying with family. Remembering her late brother and mother, Priyanka expressed gratitude to all those who stood by her and her family amid the 'trying times.' Further, she penned a note for her late brother and mom to express her love for them.

Sharing the throwback photo with her late brother, Priyanka wrote, "Thank you all for the unconditional Love & support in these unbearable & relentlessly trying times. Sushant, ma brother, you are much loved. Gratitude #ssrians #ssr."

Meanwhile, the Bombay HC wanted further probe in the FIR against Priyanka that was filed by Rhea Chakraborty last year in September. In the FIR, Rhea had alleged that late Sushant's sisters along with Doctor Tarun Kumar from RML hospital in New Delhi forged and got a fake medical prescription of the late actor. The FIR was registered under various sections of the IPC and NDPS Act. Later, Sushant's sister had appealed to the Bombay High Court to quash the FIR against them. The case verdict was announced on Monday by the bench consisting of Justices SS Shinde and MS Karnik. Sushant passed away on June 14, 2020, at his house in Mumbai.
