The new movie of the 'Dhamaal' franchise is much loved by the audiences as it has entered the 100-crore club. Directed by Indra Kumar, the film takes us on a comedic adventure with some of the old characters reprising their roles as well as some new adding humour to the ongoing confusion. Recently, Director Tigmanshu Dhulia talked about how the taste of general audiences is deteriorating rapidly. He then referred to the movie Total Dhamaal and said that the 'trailers itself has so much trash, filth' but still manages to earn 200 crores.

Tigmanshu Dhulia while talking to PTI said, "There used to be a director called Dada Kondke, who was a super hit filmmaker. All his films used to do really well but they were watched by the frontbenchers, the labour class. No one from the respectable family used to go and watch those films. Now suddenly you see these Dhamaals and all these films, whose trailers itself have so much trash, filth, earn Rs 200 crores. That means they are being watched by the multiplex audience". Director Indra Kumar when asked about these comments in a recent interview replied that it is his perception and he can't go and change his views about a film.  He further added that he respects his opinion and judgement.

Total Dhamaal is the third film in the Dhamaal franchise and has proved to be a family entertainer. Ajay Devgn, Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, Esha Gupta, Boman Irani and Sanjay Mishra have joined the old cast members to take us on a fun-filled ride.

I was okay with Dhulia's comment, until he talked about respectable people not watching Dada Kondke's films... What does he mean by respectable? Are labour class people not respectable?

I had a blast watching total dhamaal with my family. Jealous people will always find faults with everything
