Its been a bad day for the Indian Cricket Team as they had to face defeat in the hands of New Zealand in the World Cup Semi Finals today. New Zealand had given a target of 240 runs to India. Although the Indian team tried hard to chase the target but were unable to do so as they had a disastrous start with three wickets lost with only five runs on board. Finally, the team had to bear loss at the hands of the Kiwi team. 

Now, many well - known celebs from the Bollywood film industry have reacted to the Indian cricket team's defeat in the hands of New Zealand. Most of them tried to encourage the team and also congratulated them for reaching the semi finals. Dangal actor Aamir Khan was among the first who took to social media to cheer up the Indian team. He wrote, "Hard luck Virat. Just wasn't our day today. For me, India had already won the worldcup when we qualified for the semis at the top of the list as the no. 1 team."

Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan wrote on Twitter, "Respect and thank you team india for giving us everything." Other than that, a few other Bollywood celebs including Karan Johar, Ayushmann Khurrana and Suniel Shetty also wished the team good luck for the future.
