Vishal Bhardwaj: I wanted to work with Uma Thurman and Scarlett Johansson as sisters in Pataakha

Vishal Bhardwaj speaks out on his dream cast for Pataakha, says that it would have been so amazing to see Uma Thurman and Scarlett Johansson speak Rajasthani in the film.

Vishal Bhardwaj, the filmmaker is currently on a promotional spree for his upcoming movie Pataakha. The film stars Sanya Malhotra and Radhika Madan. During a media interaction, he revealed as to why he decided to cast new actors. When the Haider director was asked if he wanted to cast new actors in the film, Mr. Bhardwaj jokingly told IANS: "I wanted to work with Uma Thurman and Scarlett Johansson as sisters in the film as it would have looked so amazing to see them speaking Rajasthani in the film, but sadly, they don't know how to speak Rajasthani.'' 

Also, when asked the actual reason behind casting new actors, he added, "I wanted to cast new people in this film because the kind of commitment I was seeking in this film would have been given to me by new actors only." Vishal Bhardwaj also gave us an insider on the plot of Pataakha. He mentioned that Pataakha is based on Charan Singh Pathik's play Do Behnein. The films trailer released on August 15 and went VIRAL! Besides Sanya Malhotra and Radhika Madan, Pataakha features Sunil Grover and Vijay Raaz in key roles. Pataakha is scheduled to release on September 28, 2018.

It was not a trailer but synopsis of the movie

Trailor was interesting but the ending was revealed in the trailor. So I won't be watching this movie anymore. Fire the person who revealed the entire stoy and ending in the trailor. What is the point of watching the movie if you give away the end.

Seriously they don't want to work with you.

the trailer shows us pretty much the entire movie....even how it ends...whats the point of watching it now!
