While 2018 ended on a high note with Ranveer Singh’s Simmba, don’t forget that 2018 also started on a roaring note with Ranveer Singh’s Padmaavat and today, as Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat completes one year, Khilji aka Ranveer Singh took to social media to share an unseen video of Khilji jamming to songs, in what looks like, his vanity van. Alongside the video, Ranveer wrote, “Bad Man having a Good time  ALAUDDIN CHILL-JI #throwback #khilji #1yearofpadmaavat.”

Unlike the angry and broody Khilji, this video of Ranveer comes as a surprise as we see Allaudin jamming to Makeba and we totally love it. Who would have thought that we would get to see this side of Allaudin singing to Makeba and humming the lyrics ‘Can I get a oohe Makeba, makes my body dance for you.’ Padmaavat, starring Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor in key roles, was directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and the film had raked up a storm ahead of its release back in 2018. Although protests and controversies surrounded the film but when it released, everyone was left impressed with Bhansali’s film.
