Having revived their hopes of making it to the next round, Pakistan will be no short of confidence as they take field against Afghanistan today in Leeds. The Men in Green will have to win both the remaining matches to be in the race.

While Afghanistan has already been eliminated as they are yet to open their winning account. However, the Gulabdin Naib-led side will be eyeing to stun Pakistan once again after doing it in the warm-up game earlier. No doubt, they stand at the bottom of the table but the Men in Blue can surely get neighbouring country in the trouble.

Let's go through the expected weather and pitch conditions for the match.

Weather forecast

The sun was out in Leeds yesterday and it is expected to remain sunny today as well. Thankfully for Pakistan, there aren't any chances of rain at the venue. The temperature will also be in 20's.

Pitch conditions

Unlike most of the venues in England, Leeds has been a bit helpful to bowlers rather than the batsmen. Spinners are expected to find some turn, hence making the task harder for blokes with the bat.
