If you're sad to know that there are only eight episodes remaining before we say goodbye to Shin Hye-sun and Kim Jung-hyun's hilarious historical drama Mr. Queen, we're here to tell you that you don't need to worry. Post Mr. Queen's conclusion, we'll be blessed with Song Joong-ki's highly-awaited drama Vincenzo which is slated to premiere on February 20.

To get viewers majorly excited for the upcoming tvN drama, the gritty first teaser of Vincenzo was shared featuring Joong-ki as Vincenzo Cassano. The 35-year-old actor gives us a masterclass on being a badass while looking snazzy in a black suit as he struts in a deserted location. Wielding both a gun and the scale of justice, we see bloodshed all around Vincenzo as his voiceover states, "I’m not here to negotiate but to deliver a warning because I’m going to be the one making the judgement," via Soompi, before swiftly pointing the gun at the camera lens. The ambiguous background score adds an even more eery feeling on how dark the storyline can get.

Check out Vincenzo's intriguing first teaser below:

We're mighty impressed with how a mere 15 seconds teaser was enough to leave an impact in the heart of the viewers as they eagerly anticipate to see what Joong-ki has to offer as an anti-hero of sorts.

For the unversed, Vincenzo is based on Vincenzo Cassano, an Italian lawyer and Mafia consigliere of Korean descent, who ended up being adopted by an Italian family at a young age. Due to a conflict within his organisation, Cassano moves back to Korea and crosses path with Hong Cha-young (Jeon Yeo-bin), a sharp-tongued lawyer along with Jang Joon-woo (2PM member Taecyeon), Cha-young's clumsy intern. The unlikely duo joins forces to take down the villains who can't be punished by the court of law by using villainous methods themselves and becoming dark heroes in the twisted process.

Also starring Yoo Jae-myung, Kim Yeo-jin, Kwak Dong-yeon and Jo Han-chulVincenzo is directed by Kim Hee-won of Money Flower fame and written by Park Jae-bum of The Fiery Priest fame.
