Ravi Teja is currently working on his next release, Irumudi, which is slated to hit the big screens on August 21, 2026. Now, it appears that the actor may be gearing up for a project with Hari, the director of the Suriya starrer Singam franchise.

Ravi Teja to work with Singam director Hari?

According to Valai Pechu, director Hari has pitched a one-line story to Ravi Teja. The actor has reportedly liked the idea, and it appears that the two may collaborate on a Telugu project.

However, this is based solely on a report for now, and no official confirmation has been made by either the actor or the filmmaker.

More about Irumudi

Irumudi features Ravi Teja as a loving father who shares a close bond with his daughter. In a 1-minute-and-24-second glimpse, the actor is portrayed as a flawed yet lovable man determined to fulfill his daughter’s wishes.

Moreover, a brief moment in the video suggests that the character is not only flawed but also possesses a strong action-oriented side.

The action drama is expected to be a significant cinematic venture, especially when compared to the actor’s recent films, which failed to perform well at the box office.

Featuring Priya Bhavani Shankar and Baby Nakshathra in key roles, the film also stars Sai Kumar, Ajay Ghosh, Ramesh Indira, Swasika, Meesala Lakshman, Rajkumar Kasireddy, Ramana Bhargav, Kishore Kancherapalem, and Karthik Adusumalli in pivotal roles.

Earlier, reports suggested that Tamannaah Bhatia would play a key role in the film. However, no official confirmation has been made so far. The makers recently announced the film’s release date, with Nani-starrer Paradise expected to postpone its release to September 25, 2026.

Ravi Teja’s work front

Ravi Teja was last seen in the romantic comedy Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi, alongside Ashika Ranganath and Dimple Hayathi. The film follows Ram Satyanarayana, a vineyard owner from India, who struggles to balance his marriage and his relationship with his girlfriend.

As both relationships begin to unravel, the story explores how long he can maintain the deception before facing the consequences. The film is currently available for streaming on ZEE5.
