CBI 5 The Brain Trailer: Mammootty as Sethurama Iyer will solve the gruesome murder mystery at all costs

The trailer of Mammotty's CBI 5 The Brain, from the fifth franchise is out. The much-awaited trailer features Mammotty as Sethurama Iyer, who is investigating a sensitive murder case. Mammootty looks exceptional as Sethurama Iyer and his swag adds the perfect amount of excitement. The trailer is currently trending on Twitter.

According to the trailer, it's all about Sethurama Iyer coming this time to solve the mystery of a man who was found dead by hanging himself.

CBI 5: The Brain is the fifth film in the CBI franchise which began in the year 1988. The first film in the franchise was Oru CBI Diary Kurippu. Mammootty is reprising the role of Sethurama Iyer, the CBI officer, while Mukesh and Jagathy are reprising their roles of Chacko and Vikram respectively in the fifth part. The movie is also one of its kind, as this is for the first time, an actor is reprising a role for the fifth time. After 15 years, CBI and Mammootty are returning back and the Mollywood fans are super excited to witness the murder drama on the big screen.

Written by S. N. Swami, CBI 5 stars Saikumar, Mukesh, Dileesh Pothan, Renji Panicker, Asha Sarath, Anoop Menon, and Ramesh Pisharody in pivotal roles. Backed by Swargachitra Appachan, the thriller has music composed by Jakes Bejoy.
