Dose OTT Release: When and where to watch Siju Wilson’s psychological thriller online

Dose, starring Siju Wilson in the lead role, was released in theatres on May 22, 2026. Directed by Abhilash R. Nair, the film is now all set to make its OTT debut. Here are the details.

Dose is slated to begin streaming on Prime Video via Lionsgate Play, AP International, and ManoramaMAX from July 10, 2026. The official announcement read, “One suspicious death. A web of lies. When the hospital becomes a crime scene, survival is the only cure.” Moreover, it will also be available on Aha Video.

Apart from the original Malayalam version, the film will also be available in Tamil, Hindi, and Telugu.

Dose follows a doctor who uncovers a series of suspicious patient deaths at his hospital. As the bodies begin to pile up, he launches a search to uncover the truth. He joins forces with an investigator haunted by a troubled past. Together, they unravel a web of dark secrets and deception, turning their search for answers into a dangerous fight for survival.

Dose stars Siju Wilson in the lead role, alongside Ashwin Kumar, Drishya Reghunath, Krisha Kurup, Jagadish, Rony David, SV Krishna Shankar, Madhupal, and several others in key roles.

Written and directed by Abhilash R. Nair, the film is produced by Shanto Thomas. Gopi Sundar has composed the songs and background score, while Vishnuprasad M. serves as the cinematographer. Shyam Sasidharan has handled the editing.

Siju Wilson’s work front

Siju Wilson was last seen in the lead role in Detective Ujjwalan, alongside Dhyan Sreenivasan. Written and directed by Indraneel Gopeekrishnan and Rahul G., the film is the second installment in the Weekend Cinematic Universe, following Minnal Murali.

Apart from Dhyan Sreenivasan and Siju Wilson, the film also stars Rony David Raj, Kottayam Nazeer, Seema G. Nair, Claire C. John, Ameen, Nihal Nizam, Nibraz Noushad, and several others in key roles.

Looking ahead, the actor is expected to headline Maareechan and Munnoottu.
