The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences on Wednesday, 10 February, announced shortlists in nine categories for the 93rd Academy Awards. The film's storyline revolves around an unexpected situation, where the bulls in a particular village go out of control and leave the village in a complete state of chaos. The film had its premiere at the 2019 Toronto International Film Festival on September 6, 2019, and received tremendous critical acclaim.
