Emotional tribute at NTR Ghat

On May 28, 2026, early morning Jr NTR arrived at NTR Ghat amid heavy security and a large gathering of fans. Dressed in a casual denim shirt, the actor was seen offering flowers at the memorial of N. T. Rama Rao.

However, the visit briefly turned chaotic when a fan accidentally fell at the actor’s feet while trying to greet him in the crowd. A video from the venue, which quickly surfaced online, showed Jr NTR pausing to help the fan get back up before shaking his hand. The gesture won praise from fans across social media, with many appreciating the actor’s calm and humble response during the hectic moment.

Set against the backdrop of a 1967 trade, the film introduces Jr NTR as Luger, the Chief of the Trading Company. The project also stars Anil Kapoor, Ashutosh Rana, Rukmini Vasanth, and Biju Menon. Dragon is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release in June 2027.
