KD: The Devil follows Kali Dasa (KD), a carefree and uneducated young man with a cheerful spirit and unwavering loyalty toward his family. Constantly looked down upon by his elder brother Dharma, Kali grows up idolising Dhak Deva, a dreaded don feared by even the police.
Kali’s life takes a joyful turn when he falls in love with Macchu Lakshmi, a bold and outspoken young woman whose fearless nature perfectly complements his carefree personality. However, their romance soon drags him into a dangerous web of betrayal after a chain of misunderstandings and incidents places his family in the crosshairs of Dhak Deva (played by Sanjay Dutt) himself.
As KD uncovers shocking truths tied to Annayyappa and Deva’s partner, Satyavati, he realises that the man he once worshipped may be responsible for destroying countless innocent lives.
As tensions rise and Deva threatens to wipe out Kali’s entire family, the once carefree youngster transforms into an unlikely warrior ready to fight against his own idol. The rest of the film explores whether Kali can protect his loved ones, survive the battle, and ultimately confront the devil himself.

KD: The Devil stars Dhruva Sarja and Sanjay Dutt in the lead roles. Apart from them, the film also features Shilpa Shetty Kundra, V. Ravichandran, Ramesh Aravind, Reeshma Nanaiah, Jisshu Sengupta, P. Ravi Shankar, and several others in key roles. The movie also includes cameo appearances by Kichcha Sudeepa and Nora Fatehi.
Written and directed by Prem, the action thriller is produced by Venkat K. Narayana under the banner of KVN Productions. The film has music and background score composed by Arjun Janya, with William David handling the cinematography. Sanketh Achar serves as the editor.
