After Upasana and politician-actress Khushbu Sundar, Legendary singer SP Balasubrahmanyam took to Facebook and expressed his disappointment on how PM Modi is being partial towards actors. A couple of weeks ago, Bollywood biggies like Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Kangana Ranaut, Ekta Kapoor among others were spotted at PM Narendra Modi’s 'Change Within Meet' event. Ram Charan’s wife Upasana took to Instagram and raised a point that how Modi ignored south actors by not inviting them to be a part of the event. Now, Telugu singer SP Balasubrahmanyam, who attended the meet has decided to speak on the matter.

Taking to Facebook, SP Balasubrahmanyam shared how his phone was taken at the security check while the ‘stars’ were clicking photos with PM Narendra Modi. He wrote, “I am grateful to Ramoji Raoji, (Eenadu), because of whom I was able to attend a reception hosted by our Hon. Prime Minister at his home on the 29th of Oct. Upon entering the premises, we were asked to leave our cellphones with the security personnel and were given tokens for the same. But I was bewildered at the STARS taking selfies with the PM on that day. THINGS THAT MAKE YOU GO HMMM?????”

The politician and popular actress Khushbu Sundar, earlier took to Twitter and expressed her disappointment on how Modi has neglected Southern film industry. In the series of Tweets, she wrote, "With al due respects to all those who met our H’ble PM @narendramodi ji last eve on behalf of Indian cinema, would like to remind @PMOIndia that Hindi films alone do not represent or contribute to the economy of this country. South Indian cinema is the largest contributor.. cont."
