Last month, Chinmayi Sripaada slammed Kabir Singh director Sandeep Reddy Vanga's distasteful remarks in defence of his film's criticism. However, she was trolled for having double standards as she praised her husband Rahul's film Manmadhudu 2 trailer that showed Rakul Preet Singh smoking. While a section of the audience loved Rakul's role in the teaser, others took offence and one of the scenes was Rakul Preet smoking a cigarette. Well, Manmadhudu 2 has released today at the box office and it has opened to a positive response. While the audience has enjoyed the hilarious ride, a lip-lock scene of Rakul Preet Singh with a female co-star has hit the headlines.

Chinmayi Sripaada is being trolled and questioned about where is her feminism. One of the Twitter users, who tagged Chinmayi and Samantha both, wrote, "What A Feminism mam @Chinmayi @Samanthaprabhu2 You are not deeply disturbed right?? #Manmadhudu2." Check out the tweets below.

Ahead of the release, Rakul in an exclusive conversation with Pinkvilla spoke about how she doesn't get affected by trolls. She said, "I don't really get bothered by trolls. I think logo ka kaam hai kehna, kuch toh log kahenge."

She further added, "People should disassociate to what we are playing onscreen is different and it is a story of that one person...we are not putting the entire girl clan into girls not showing in the right way. That's not happening. It is that one character Avantika that smokes and it's her story. Once you see the film, people will know why she does. Treat it like the character...For me, it was something different. I really don't pay attention to trolls...there are bigger and better things to do."
