Parimala And Co follows the story of a modest middle-class family led by Parimala and his wife, Sudhanthiram, along with their daughters. After their daughters are humiliated by a local hoodlum, the family fantasizes about killing him, drawing comparisons to Drishyam (or Papanasam).

However, while they merely fantasize about the act, the hoodlum mysteriously dies, leading the family members to suspect one another as an investigative officer closes in on them.
