Prabhas & Deepika Padukone’s next with Nag Ashwin: Makers introduce the ‘heroes behind screens’; See post
The makers announced that Mahanati cinematographer and music composer Dani Sanchez-Lopez and Mickey J Meyer have been brought on board the film.
It was promised by director Nag Ashwin last week that an update about his next film with Prabhas will be revealed on January 29. Today, an exciting update about the film was made by the makers, and it has made the fans go gaga. Taking to their Twitter space, the makers announced that Dani Sanchez-Lopez has been brought on board as the cinematographer, while Mickey J Meyer will be composing music for the ambitious project.
It is to be noted that the cinematographer and music composer duo has collaborated with Nag Ashwin in his previous magnum opus Mahanati. Sharing the news, the makers wrote, “Proudly presenting our heroes behind the screen. Welcome @dancinemaniac and @MickeyJMeyer onboard our #PrabhasNagAshwin Project.” An elated Nag Ashwin welcomed them on board and wrote, “We created a world from the past in Mahanati...now we create a world from the future...welcome onboard guys”.

Apart from the lead actors Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan, the makers have not yet announced the other cast members. Touted to be a sci-fi flick, the makers are reportedly planning to rope in many popular celebrities from across the country. An official announcement regarding the entire cast and crew is expected to be made soon. According to the latest reports, the film will go on floors in the month of April this year. Nag Ashwin promised earlier that another update will be made on February 26.
