The action-packed film Sinnga will mark the return of director Vijay Kiran and actor Chiranjeevi Sarja. The duo had collaborated on the 2015 film called Ram Leela. This film's story was based in modern times. But, with Sinnga the director wanted to have a rural set up. Director Vijay Kiran wanted to have a rural village as the background for this film with Chiranjeevi Sarja. This film will be produced by Uday Mehta. The director and his lead actor Chiranjeevi Sarja share a very friendly bond and that rapport translates on the screen. The director says that Chiranjeevi easily understands what is required from a scene and delivers on those lines.

For the film, Sinnga the director has made sure that the best talent is brought on board. This film will be an action-packed film with many stunts. This film has brought on board stunt master Ravi Varma. The director, Vijay Kiran further adds that the action sequences in this film is on par with any bollywood or tollywood films.

Vijay Kiran says about the shooting of this film that it is a fun environment on the sets of this film. Everyone is doing their best work but also have a great time shooting. In an interview with Times of India, the lead actor Chiranjeevi Sarja says that he essays the role of a modern man based in a rural background. The character is not dhoti-clad in this film, but is someone who keeps a track of all the on-going trends.
