Sivakarthikeyan’s Don: Priyanka Mohan to play the leading lady in the Cibi Chakravarthi directorial

Kollywood’s popular actor Sivakarthikeyan took to his Twitter space and announced that his next film Don will have Priyanka Mohan as the leading lady. The duo has collaborated earlier for the film Doctor, which is all set to be released on March 23. It has also been announced that Don will have Samuthirakani, Kalaiarasan, SJ Suryah and Soori in key roles. The film will be directed by debutant Cibi Chakaravarthi and it was also revealed that the film will have music by Anirudh Ravichander, while it will be bankrolled by Lyca Productions.
As soon as the news about the ensemble of critically acclaimed actors joining the film’s cast list came up online, celebrities and fans shared the news on their social media spaces and the film is now trending on the micro blogging website. With the short promo video released by Sivakarthikeyan, it is anticipated that the film will be a college drama.

Meanwhile, Sivakarthikeyan has two exciting projects in his pipeline namely Ayalaan and Doctor. Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, Doctor also has Anirudh as the music composer and it is bankrolled by Sivakarthikeyan’s home banner. It has Priyanka Mohan as the leading lady. Some of the songs from the film were released by the makers and they all turned out to be huge hits. On the other hand, Ayalaan, directed by Ravi Kumar, has AR Rahman scoring music. Ayalaan is produced by 24 AM Studios in association with KJR Studios. It has Rakul Preet Singh as the leading lady.
