South superstar Suriya who is popular for his amazing performances in movies like Kaakha Kaakha, Pithamagan, Ghajini, Ayan, 24, etc., is back again with his 38th movie which happens to be Soorarai Pottru. The movie is a biopic based on the life of Captain GR Gopinath who was actually the founder of Air Deccan. The movie has been creating a lot of buzz among the media and the audiences who are now waiting eagerly for its release into the theaters.

Now, there’s another good news for all the Suriya fans. The first look of Soorarai Pottru has been recently unveiled by the actor himself on his Twitter handle. In the picture, Suriya can be seen wearing a black vest and casual trousers as he leaps into the air while stretching both his arms as high as he can. The actor has also added a caption along with the tweet that reads, “Here’s Maara.. An ordinary man with an extraordinary dream.”

Talking about Soorarai Pottru, it also stars Aparna Balamurali, Karunas, Jackie Shroff, Mohan Babu, Paresh Rawal and others in pivotal roles. The movie has been produced by Suriya himself and Guneet Monga and is directed by Sudha Kongara. Coming to Suriya, his last two movies Kaappaan and NGK could not perform well at the box office as expected. Now, it is yet to be seen whether Soorarai Pottru will live up to the expectations of the audiences or not.
