Super Subbu follows Subramanyam "Subbu" Chillukuri Rao, an unlucky young man who reluctantly accepts a government job as a relationship and health awareness officer in the conservative village of Maakipur. Hoping to earn his father's approval and secure a permanent position, Subbu must navigate social taboos, skeptical villagers, and his own inexperience while raising awareness about relationships, personal well-being, and family life.

Led by Sundeep Kishan, the web series also features Murli Sharma, Mithila Palkar, Mahesh Yadav Chintala, Maanasa Choudhary, Getup Srinu, Brahmanandam, Sampoornesh Babu, Jeevan, Divya Pillai, and several others in key roles.
