Toxic Teaser Out: Yash drops ‘Ladies and Ladies’ glimpse of Geetu Mohandas directorial
In a glimpse unveiled recently, Yash takes it upon himself to set the tone and precedent of what to expect from the actioner, Toxic: A Fairy Tale For Grown-Ups.
Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups is an upcoming action film starring Yash in the lead role. It is slated to release in theaters on August 26, 2026. Directed by Geetu Mohandas, the makers have unveiled a glimpse of the leading ladies and what audiences can expect from the movie.

From the very beginning of the 1-minute and 44-second teaser, Toxic sets the stage for what the movie has to offer. Featuring glimpses of Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Rukmini Vasanth, Tara Sutaria, and Huma Qureshi, the teaser ends on a high note as Yash battles against a clan of dangerous women.
With an innuendo-filled remark at the end, the teaser definitely proves that the film won't be low on action and is not meant to be watched with kids.

Apart from the Kannada and English versions, the makers have also unveiled the teaser in Malayalam, Telugu, Hindi, and Tamil.
Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups is an action thriller co-written and directed by Geetu Mohandas, with a father-son rivalry at its core. Apart from Yash and the female leads, the film also features Akshay Oberoi, Sudev Nair, Amit Tiwari, and several others.
The film's music and background score have been composed by Ravi Basrur. International action choreographer JJ Perry has helmed several action sequences, while the Anbariv duo has choreographed select portions. Moreover, acclaimed cinematographer and Geetu Mohandas’ husband Rajeev Ravi handles the film's visuals.
Earlier, the movie was scheduled for a theatrical release on March 19, 2026, but was later postponed to June 4. However, in an effort to secure a more favorable worldwide release window, the makers delayed the film once again and have now scheduled it to release on August 26, 2026.
Looking ahead, Yash will also be seen on the big screen during Diwali 2026 as he takes on the role of Ravana in Ramayana, starring Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role. Apart from the lead duo, the film will also feature Sai Pallavi, Ravi Dubey, Sunny Deol, and several others in key roles.
