Trisha Krishnan talks about love after attending Vijay’s big day

After attending a monumental event of her long-time co-star and rumored partner, Thalapathy Vijay, Trisha Krishnan took to Instagram to post a series of pictures with a caption that has everyone talking.

The carousel of images posted by the actress showcases her flaunting her traditional look, which she sported while attending Vijay’s event. Talking about love in the caption, she expressed, “The love is always louder.”

Take a look:

On May 10, 2026, the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai was buzzing with the supporters of Thalapathy Vijay. At the event, the actress was seen arriving in a breathtaking teal-blue silk saree, accompanied by her mother.

While she was on the way to the event, the actress briefly interacted with the media, adding to the speculations. When a paparazzi called the event a “big day for Tamil Nadu,” she responded to him, saying, “Yes. Thank you, thank you. Looking forward.”

Trisha and Vijay are arguably the most beloved on-screen pair in Kollywood. Their chemistry has spanned over two decades, delivering some of the biggest blockbusters in Tamil cinema. The 2004 film Ghilli started it all. Their roles as Velu and Dhanalakshmi were loved by fans.

Then came Thirupaachi in 2005, which solidified their status as the hit pair of the 2000s. It was followed by Aathi, the action-packed entertainer Kuruvi, and the mass entertainer Leo. The 2023 film marked their massive reunion after 15 years.

Amid link-up rumors with Vijay, the Karuppu actress was said to be quitting cinema soon. However, these are all fake rumors as Trisha herself took to social media sometime back and dismissed the rumors saying she is not planning to step away from acting.
