VenkyAnil5: Venkatesh, Nandamuri Kalyan Ram launch next film with Anil Ravipudi; To release on Sankranthi 2027
Venkatesh Daggubati and Nandamuri Kalyan Ram are set to star together in director Anil Ravipudi’s next movie. Keerthy Suresh and Krithi Shetty join as co-leads.
Venkatesh Daggubati and Nandamuri Kalyan Ram had earlier announced their next film, tentatively titled VenkyAnil5 (aka NKRAR2). Directed by Anil Ravipudi, the film is slated for a Sankranthi 2027 release.

Taking to social media, Venkatesh Daggubati wrote, “Back with Anil Ravipudi, and this time with an amazing gang. Sankranthi 2027 Vidudhala (A Sankranthi 2027 release).” Apart from Venkatesh and Kalyan Ram, the film will also star Keerthy Suresh and Krithi Shetty as the female leads.

Recently, the makers had even shared an official update, announcing GV Prakash Kumar as the music composer for the movie.
Previously, Venkatesh Daggubati starred in Sankranthiki Vasthunam, directed by Anil Ravipudi. The action-comedy follows YD Raju, a former IPS officer who leads a peaceful life in a village with his wife. However, when a high-profile kidnapping case emerges, his ex-girlfriend, who is the investigating officer, seeks his help.
As they join forces to solve the case, his wife becomes wary of their growing closeness and decides to accompany them. The film revolves around the chaos and comedy that ensue as the trio navigates a series of unexpected situations.
Apart from Venkatesh, the film also stars Aishwarya Rajesh and Meenakshi Chaudhary as co-leads. Additionally, Srinivasa Reddy, Sai Kumar, Upendra Limaye, Raghu Babu, Naresh, and several others appear in key roles. The movie is currently available for streaming on ZEE5.
Moreover, the veteran actor also made a special appearance in Anil Ravipudi’s latest blockbuster, Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, starring Chiranjeevi.
On the other hand, the upcoming project marks Anil Ravipudi’s second collaboration with actor-producer Nandamuri Kalyan Ram. The duo first worked together on Ravipudi’s directorial debut, Pataas (2015).
Venkatesh Daggubati’s work front
Venkatesh Daggubati will next be seen in the lead role in Aadarsha Kutumbam House No: 47 – AK47. Directed by Trivikram Srinivas, the film is touted to be a family thriller drama, with Srinidhi Shetty and Nara Rohit playing co-leads.
Reports suggest that the film is eyeing an October 2026 theatrical release. However, the makers have yet to make an official announcement regarding the release date.
