Kalki 2898 AD helmer Nag Ashwin and veteran director Singeetham Sreenivasa Rao are all set to hit the big screens with Sing Geetham. The fantasy musical from Telugu cinema is set to release on June 11, 2026, with Ahilya Bamroo and debutant Ayaan headlining the film.

Ayaan is a singer and actor making his debut in Telugu cinema. Hailing from Visakhapatnam, the youngster has become the talk of the town as he headlines Singeetham Sreenivasa Rao’s Sing Geetham alongside Ahilya Bamroo.

With a heart full of dreams, the singer-actor moved from his hometown to Hyderabad to pursue his cinematic journey. The artist has gained popularity on social media for his singing talent.

Ayaan has released several indie projects on social media, including Telugu and Hindi songs. He has also performed at stage shows and Carnatic music events, establishing his presence in the world of classical music.

Apart from his cover songs and indie projects, Ayaan recently collaborated with composer Anirudh Ravichander for the Telugu version of Pradeep Ranganathan and Krithi Shetty’s Love Insurance Kompany (LIK). In the Telugu track Poolemo Virise (originally Pookatum in Tamil), the rising talent lent his vocals, adding another notable song to his discography and elevating the track with his vibrant voice.

Ahead of making his Telugu cinema debut as a lead actor, Ayaan was part of Band Capricio as its lead vocalist before parting ways with them. A glance at his social media handles also reveals that he is a huge dog and cat lover, sharing moments as their proud dad.

Talking about Sing Geetham, the upcoming fantasy musical follows Prathap, who arrives in search of a better future, only to find himself caught in an escalating conflict between modern development and the village’s closely guarded traditions. As secrets unravel, his journey challenges his beliefs, purpose, and destiny.

The film is an experimental venture by veteran filmmaker Singeetham Sreenivasa Rao, with all dialogues delivered as songs, creating a continuous musical narrative. The project has Nag Ashwin on board as the producer and Devi Sri Prasad as the composer.
