Korea’s biggest boy band battle, Mnet’s Kingdom, is already gaining a lot of attention, especially with the line-up. Fans of the top boy bands are waiting, yes, but there is one group that fans think are now at a disadvantage - Stray Kids. After member Hyunjin was embroiled in a school bullying allegation, JYP announced that they’ll be halting all future activities of the singer for the time being.

In light of the bullying allegations, Hyunjin posted a handwritten apology letter on his social media accounts on February 26, accepting that he “didn’t know better back then” and asked for forgiveness. His activities were stopped immediately after that. As Stray Kids accepted the role of being one of the competitor teams on Kingdom, the show had to go on. Hence, according to several media outlets, from their second recording onwards, Stray Kids is going to participate in the survival reality show as a 7-member team.

Kingdom: Legendary War is the most highly-anticipated survival reality show. It promises intense competition and stages, aimin to have the audience glued to their screens. The lineup includes ATEEZ, iKON, THE BOYZ, BTOB, and SF9. As for the Introduction stage, THE BOYZ (winners of the show Road To Kingdom, the prequel to Kingdom) will be going up against Stray Kids and ATEEZ. Watch the Introductory stage trailer here.

The show will be airing on April 1, 2021, on Mnet’s official YouTube channel.

Every kid has their own mistakes, why are they so eager for it, I can't even. Hopefully he really be back soon, if not I bet that parents who accused him would be really sorry for themselves. Why need to do such thing , if they can just speak with him in private. Ughhh! I hate them.
