Bulbul: Divya Khosla Kumar shows unrequited love can be fun too in this short film

The makers of the short film, Bulbul has been teasing the audience from past one week. From stills to teasers, Divya Khosla Kumar was adored for her innocence and chirpy expressions. Now, the short film is out and we can't take our eyes off Divya's innocent performance.
 
In the short film, Divya plays the titular role of Bulbul who is in love with Shiv Pandit. But he is annoyed of her as Shiv is in love with Elli AvrRam. Shiv and Elli's marriage is fixed but that does not stop Divya from trying to win his heart.
 
She makes the whole lot of efforts like faking pregnancy, marriage and more. But all goes in vain and in the end she realises that Shiv and Elli are meant to be together.

Bulbul is directed by Ashish Panda and produced by T-Series films & Divya Khosla Kumar. The film is adapted from Lt. Kundan Shah. Along with Divya, Shiv and Elli, the short film also stars Anang Desai, Yogesh Tripathi, Kanika Dang, Jeetu, Palash Dutta, Pranav Verma, Ashok Patha, Vandana Vithlani, Dulal, Akshay Bhagat and N. Sharma.
 
Talking about Divya Khosla Kumar, she made her Bollywood debut in 2004 with the film  Ab Tumhare Hawale Watan Saathiyo. She has directed about 20 music videos. In 2014, she made her directorial debut with the film Yaariyan. Her second film as a director was Sanam Re which was released in 2016. She also worked as a producer for the film Roy that was released in 2015.

Divya's performance and face expressions are incredible.Although story plot is not so attractive but Divya put the soul in this story by her performance and made it unusual. Great......Keep it up.
