Kareena Kapoor Khan is one actor who surely knows how to stay fit and healthy. The actor never misses out on a good workout and thanks to her fitness trainer, we get small glimpses of the actor's exercise regime.

We got our hands on a video on Instagram, where Kareena is seen doing airplane on the reformer. Her perfect figure and flexibility are surely giving us some major fitness goals. 

Talking about her size-zero days and her current transformation, Kareena had earlier stated to Hindustan Times, "I don’t know how the size-zero thing started—but I was only 27 and I wanted to do it for a role. It looked amazing, but that was then. I’ve been in the business for a long time since, and I’m more mature—now, it’s about being fit. I’m definitely comfortable in my skin right now."

On the work front, Kareena will be next seen in Veere Di Wedding. The film’s trailer was launched recently. The trailer looks fun and is an interesting take on female friendships.

 

At the trailer launch, Kareena revealed that it was Saif Ali Khan who told her to continue working after her pregnancy.  "I am so lucky to have a husband who is so understanding. He told me to go to the gym and go back to the studio and take my son along to set an example. Yes, we (women) can do both," news agency IANS quoted Kareena as saying. 

She also revealed that she got pregnant after signing Veere Di Wedding and producer Rhea Kapoor wanted to tweak her character Kalindi's graph to incorporate Kareena's pregnancy. But they decided to wait instead.

"I got pregnant after signing the film, so I told Rhea about it and that they need to take someone else. As a producer, she stood by me. She decided to change the character to be pregnant. But then I told them that I can't do this. However, it was Rhea's conviction that she said, 'Let's just wait for some time'," Kareena had said.

So much negativity for her and so much negativity in the world . Why can’t we live and let live ? Why does everyone pass such nasty and derogatory comments upon ?? It’s good she is working and taking care of her mind . She may be very rich and everything but she needs to work to earn money to give he child and herself a luxurious life that they are both accustomed to live . She started working at the age of 18 and will continue to work for as long as she can . LOL. I do Pilates too. This is like the most basic stuff and she has reformer helping her. You are supposed to move with a lot of grace. She looks stiff and uncomfortable. Appreciate her efforts but her PR should use a better video if they want her to pretend to give 'fitness goals' apparently. The only actress who is super strong and genuine and gives "fitness goals" is Bipasha! I find her posts really inspiring.

Obviously. All these pictures are touch ups to show that they lost it with exercise. She'd be hardly 30 minutes in the gym and in that time would also gossip with the Arora sisters. She went to UK for tummy tuck and other cosmetic surgeries.
