While puffy eyes are the result of fluid accumulation, use gravity to combat it. Try using a pillow that keeps your head elevated when you sleep. This way the water won't start getting accumulated around the eyes.

TEA BAGS

Green tea is one of the best natural ingredients for soft and supple skin. While this is the case, it also helps in visibly reducing puffiness around the eyes. Used green tea bags still have a lot of caffeine content in them which helps reduce the puffiness and keeps the blood flowing. It also tightens the skin while also soothing down the irritation.

In the morning, just place the bowl of the spoon over and under your eyes (without obviously hurting them!). How do they work? The cold spoon works as a vasoconstrictor to restrict blood flow to the area, which in turns reduced redness and swelling.

COFFEE
